Description:
During the ventennio, national anthems and other songs representative of a nation are sometimes released on record at a time when the Fascist regime has very good relations, or an alliance, with a foreign nation. Releasing these foreign anthems on record was probably a way of representing these diplomatic relations and cultivating a feeling of sympathy, even closeness, between the peoples of the nations involved.
